Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories.

Change of mind: The customer pays return shipping.

Defective or damaged items: If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not work properly, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return: Contact us before sending anything back and we'll send you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days.

These terms do not limit any rights that apply under local law.
